非小细胞肺癌患者血清细胞角蛋白片段21-1、癌胚抗原水平变化 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血清细胞角蛋白片段21—1（cyfra21）、癌胚抗原（CEA）在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及临床应用意义。方法应用免疫组化方法测定50例非小细胞肺肺癌患者治疗前后血清cyfra21、CEA水平变化。结果50例非小细胞肺癌治疗前cyfra21（1．12±0，65）μg/L、CEA（12．12±0．23）μg/L，治疗后cyfra21（0．62±0．01）μg/L、CEA（5．12±0．23）μg/L，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论cyfra21、CEA可以作为非小细胞肺癌诊断指标，并可用于判定治疗效果。
