摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道治疗肾草酸钙结石的有效性、安全性及可行性。方法回顾分析2009年9月-2010年4月经皮肾镜碎石术治疗的97例肾草酸钙结石患者的资料,总结手术时间、结石清除率、手术并发症及发生率。结果手术时间(134.7±62.8)min,结石完全清除71例(73.2%),术中转开放手术7例(7.2%),总手术并发症发生率为27.8%。结论 PNCL治疗肾草酸钙结石是有效、安全、可行的。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety, feasibility of PCNL for renal calcium oxalate caculi. Methods The clinical data of 97 cases in patients of renal calcium oxalate caculi treated with PCNL during august 2009 to april 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, the operation duration and stone - free rate and complications were summarized. Results The operation duration was （ 134. 7 ＋ 62. 8） minutes. The stone -free rate was 73.2%. Open operation were required in 7 cases （7.2%）. and the total complication rate was 27. 8%. Conlusion PCNL is effective, safe, feasible for treatment of renal calcium oxalate caculi.
