摘要
为培养学生的机构创新设计能力和实践动手能力,提高实验教学质量,采用"仿真实验与实物实验相结合"的方法进行机构创新设计实验。在Pro/E平台下实现机构的建模、虚拟装配、运动仿真及仿真结果分析,完成设计的实物拼装后测定机构的运动参数来验证仿真结果,提高了学生综合设计能力和解决实践工程问题的能力。
In order to cultivate students' creative design ability and practical ability and improve the quality of experimental teaching,the innovation design of mechanism experiment is done by using the "simulation experiment and real experiment combination" method.The mechanism modeling,virtual assembly,motion simulation and analysis of simulation results are realized based on Pro/E platform,the simulation results are verified by determing the mechanism motion parameters after completing the design of physical assembled,and the students' comprehensive design ability and the ability to solve practical engineering problems are improved.
