摘要
目的:建立鸡血藤片中原儿茶酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:采用Inertsil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm 5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇:水:冰醋酸(25:75:0.2)为流动相,检测波长为260 nm,流速为0.8 ml·min^(-1)。结果:原儿茶酸进样量在0.010～0.063μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 4(n=6)。方法平均回收率为99.23%,RSD为0.35%。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、稳定、准确,无其他成分干扰,可作为鸡血藤片质量控制的有效方法。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of protocateehuic acid in Jixueteng tablets. Meth- od： The HPLC method was adopted and the Inertsil Cls column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase was methyl alcohol-water-aceticacid（25： 75： 0.2）. The detection wavelength was at 260 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 ml ·min^-1. Result： The linear range of protocatechuic acid was 0. 010-0.063 μg, r = 0.999 4. The average recovery was 99.23 % with RSD of 0.35 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive, stable and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Jixueteng tablets.
