摘要 目的:比较两种盐酸椒苯酮胺含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法和非水碱量法,在线性、精密度、稳定性以及专属性方面进行方法学确证,并比较二者测定3批盐酸椒苯酮胺含量的差异。结果:两种方法在线性、精密度、稳定性以及专属性方面均符合要求,定量限为0.02μg·ml^(-1)。结论:HPLC法与非水碱量法的测定结果一致,均可用于盐酸椒苯酮胺的含量测定。 Objective: To compare HPLC and Alkalimetry in content detection of Injection Piperphentonamine Hydroehloride. Method: HPLC and Alkalimetry methods was compared in linearity, precision, stability and specificity, and the contents of 3 batches of Injection Piperphentonamine Hydroehloride were also compared determined by the two methods. Result: The two methods are all fit the bill in linearity ,precision and stability, the limit of quantitation are 0.02μg · ml^-1. specificity Conclusion :The results of HPLC and Alkalimetry are concordant, and all can be used to detect the content of Injection Piperphentonamine Hydrochloride.
