摘要
目的:建立红黄合剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对红黄合剂中的大血藤、大黄、厚朴进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定大黄中大黄素的含量。结果:TLC特征明显,阴性对照无干扰,专属性强;大黄素在22.5～1446.0μg范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均加样回收率97.02%,RSD=2.16%。结论:所建立的方法能控制该药品质量。
Objective： To establish the quality standard of Honghuang mixtures. Method： Sargentodoxae Caulis, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and Cortex Magnoliae officinalis were identified by TLC. The content of emodin was determined by HPLC. Result： The TLC characteristics were distinctive and specific, and there was no interference in the negative control. The linear concentration range of emodin was 22.5-1 446.0 μg（ r = 0.999 7 ） and average recovery was 97.02% （ RSD =2.16% ）. Conclusion： The established stand- ard can be used for the quality control of Honghuang mixtures.
