摘要
参考咨询是现代图书馆的重要组成部分,数字化环境对参考咨询馆员的信息素质提出了更高的要求。为了适应时代的变化,满足人们对信息资源的需求,参考咨询馆员必须在不断地学习和实践中提高信息检索能力。
Reference is an important part of modem library. With the digital environment, reference service requires more skillful reference librarians. In order to adjust the changes of the time, and to satisfy the needs of information resources from readers, reference librarians have to improve the capability of information retrieval through constantly learning and practice.
