摘要
目的:总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)术后防治并发症的措施。方法:回顾分析2006年3月至2010年12月为1 034例患者施行LC的临床资料,总结LC术后减少并发症的经验。结果:49例(4.7%)中转开腹,7例发生胆漏,2例腹腔出血,4例胆绞痛,1例胆总管横断,3例腹腔脓肿,1例结石残留,24例切口感染,1例肠漏。结论:严格掌握手术适应证,术中规范操作,及时中转开腹,可减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective：To summarize the complications occurred after laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods：The clinical data of 1 034 patients who underwent LC from Mar.2006 to Dec.2010 was analyzed retrospectively.Results：1 034 cases of LC were performed with 49 cases of conversion to open surgery,7 cases of bile leakage,2 cases of intraperitoneal hemorrhage,4 cases of biliary colic,1 case of common bile duct transaction,3 cases of abdominal abscess,1 case of residual calculi,24 cases of incision infection and 1 case of intestinal fistula.Conclusions：The incidence of postoperative complications can be reduced by strict surgical indication,standard operations and timely conversion to open surgery.
