摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜在处理腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)后并发症的应用价值。方法 回顾分析我院 1992年 11月 2 0 0 0年 12月LC术后再次腹腔镜手术治疗 17例病例临床资料。结果 13例病例在腹腔镜下完成手术 ,4例中转开腹手术。结论 腹腔镜在处理LC术后胆漏、出血、胃肠道损伤等并发症时有很大的应用价值。
Objective To explore the laparoscopic treatment for the complications following the laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods A restrospective study of 17 patients undergoing laproscopic operation following LC (Bleeding, 8; bile leak, 7; bowel injury, 2) was carried out.Results 13 patients (bleeding, 7; bile leak, 5; stomach injury, 1) were subject to operation under a laporoscope. Four patients (bleeding, 1; bileduct injury, 2; duodenum injury, 1) were converted to open operation. Conclusions Laparoscopy has a great vaule in treatment for the complications (such as bleeding\bile leak\bowel injury) following the LC.
