摘要
通过金相分析MC5钢退火过程中的组织变化,详细研究了MC5钢球化退火工艺。试验结果表明,在略高于Aelf的840℃加热为宜,在略低于Ads的700—740℃之间等温可得到理想的球化组织。
Through studying the microstructure, the microstructure change of MC5 steel in the annealing process was analyzed, and the annealing process of MC5 steel was studied in detail. The test results showed that, the heating temperature of 840 ℃, slightly higher than Aclf, was suitable, and the ideal spheroidized microstructure was obtained at the temperature below Arls, between 700 ℃ and 740 ℃.
