摘要
妇科医师是腹腔镜技术的最早应用者之一,近10年来腹腔镜越来越多地被应用于妇科各类良恶性病变的手术中,随着手术复杂性的增加,手术并发症也相应增多,主要包括与麻醉有关的并发症、与气腹有关的并发症、与电损伤有关的并发症等。重视妇科腹腔镜手术的并发症,规范医师的手术操作,进一步减少并避免并发症的发生是妇科医师必须重视的一个方面。
Gynecologist is one of the earliest laparoscopy users.In recent ten years,laparoscopic surgery has been more and more used in gynecological operation for various types of benign and malignant lesions.With the increasing complexity of the operation,operative complications increased accordingly,mainly including anesthesia-related complications,pneumoperitoneum related complications,electric injury related complications,etc..Therefore,gynecologists must pay attention to some important aspects,such as the complication of laparoscopic surgery,standardizing the operation technique for physicians,further reducing and avoiding the occurrence of complications.
