摘要
目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术并发症及影响因素。方法回顾性分析在我院行妇科腹腔镜手术治疗的患者1 278例的临床资料。根据是否发生手术并发症分为两组,分析影响手术并发症相关因素。结果多因素分析结果显示,患者存在子宫内膜移位症以及手术类别是影响发生术后并发症影响因素(P<0.01)。结论影响妇科腹腔镜手术并发症的相关因素包括是否存在子宫内膜异位症和手术类别。
Objective To investigate association factors of operational complications in gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods Clinical data of 1 278 cases of gynecological laparoseopic operation were retrospeetivly analyzed and were divided into complication group and non-complication group according to complications. Association factors of operational complications were analyzed. Results Multiple-factor analysis showed endometriosis and surgical category were association factors of operational complications （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Endometriosis and surgical category are association factors of operational complications.
