护际关系是护士人际关系中一个重要组成部分,护理人员之间关系和谐,可发挥护士的积极性、创造性和主动性,提高护理的工作效率[1]。有许多因素影响着护际关系,如年龄、工龄、受教育程度等,可通过护士间关系的相互作用从几个方面协调好护际关系。
The Fellowship of interpersonal relationships in a nursing relationship is an important part of a harmonious relationship between nursing staff,nurses can play the enthusiasm,creativity and initiative to improve the efficiency of care [1].There are many factors that affect the care interpersonal relationships,such as age,seniority,education and so on.Through the relationship between nurse interaction in several ways to coordinate care interpersonal relationships.
