摘要
基于CATIA平台,开发了汽车覆盖件修边线展开与翻边成形性模拟系统TUW(Trimming-Unfolding-Wizard)。TUW充分利用CATIA特征属性定制功能,将中间数据以属性的形式存储在特定的特征节点上,以方便分析过程中对中间数据的读写及参数化更新。同时,在定义翻边区域和展开区域时,采用关联复制拷贝技术,实现分析数模与产品数模的同步更新,极大的提高了系统分析效率。TUW实现了CAD建模平台与CAE分析平台的无缝集成,避免了传统CAE分析过程中数据丢失和精度损失。通过具体的实例分析,验证了系统的准确性和稳定性。
The TUW(Trimming-Unfolding-Wizard) system of trimming line unfolding and flanging simulation based on CATIA for automotive panel was developed making full use of the function of property customizing of CATIA.The temp data were put on specific object nods for reading and writing more easily and parameters updating.The system taking advantage of the link ability of CATIA for copying and pasting in defining unfolding area and addendum area,realizes synchronize updating of the analysis model with the product model,and increases analytic efficiency greatly.The system realizes seamless integration between CAE analysis environment and CAD platform,and avoids data missing and accuracy loss.Through analyzing specific case,the stability and accuracy of the system was proved.
