摘要
利用格构式全联合构架具有占地少、投资省的优点,500 kV桂山变电站在南方电网内首次采用了这种新型构架。介绍了该变电站构架的结构特点、荷载工况、基础形式以及建模计算方法,并将格构式全联合构架与钢管柱式全联合构架、常规构架(钢管柱加格构式)进行技术和经济比较。得出结果:在技术上,格构式全联合构架加工简单;在经济上,格构式全联合构架分别比钢管柱式全联合构架、常规构架节省用钢量约6%、10%,节约占地约15%、50%。说明变电站采用格构式全联合构架具有明显的社会效益和经济效益,符合变电站布置紧凑化的发展趋势。
Lattice gantry is characterized by small floor space and little investment and it is firstly used in 500 kV Guishan substation of CSG. This paper introduces characteristics of the framework of the substation, load condition, foundation form as well as modeling calculation method; besides, it compares entirely-combined lattice gantry with steel-pipe column, conventional gantry (steel-pipe column plus lattice) in respects of technology and economical efficiency. It is conclude d that the entirely-combined lattice gantry is technically simple in processing~ economically it respectively save 6% and 10% of steel consumption and 15% and 50% of land occupation comparing with entirely-combined steel-pipe column and conven- tional gantry, which shows that the adoption of entirely-combined lattice gantry is of great social benefit and economic efficiency and it tallies with development trend of layout compactness.
