摘要
首先介绍我国《钢结构设计规范》的三个版本TJ 17-74、GBJ 17-88和GB 50017-2003与国外规范比较的概况。然后就现行规范可靠度水平进行讨论,指出安全裕度偏低,需要在修订《建筑结构可靠度设计统一标准》(GB 50068-2001)时解决。最后讨论规范比较工作中存在的缺点,着重指出全面考察和细致分析的必要性。
It is introduced first an outline of thc three versions of" The Chinese Design Code of Steel Structures"i, e, TJ 17-74,GBJ 17- 88 and GB 50017- 2003 in comparison with foreign codes. Afterwards,it is discussed the reliability level of the current code and pointed out that the low safety margin should be resolved by revising the"Unified Standard for Reliability Design of Building Structures" (GB 50068 - 2001 ). Faults in some comparison works are revealed with an emphasis on the necessity of all round investigation and meticulous analysis,
