摘要
国产大飞机计划的发展,民用飞机的研制、建造、使用和维修费用大幅度增加,需要有合适的费用估算决策系统。以提高民用飞机全生命周期费用使用效率为目的,运用软件工程的思想,采用工程化方法,以信息技术为支撑,研究其估算软件系统。该系统有利于促进民用飞机研制计划、指挥调度及对外报价的管理业务的标准化、动态化与现代化,为研制任务的计划、组织和实施提供科学及时准确的决策依据,为各部门的相关人员掌握型号计划的进展情况提供支持手段,实现计划调度管理信息的动态共享,提高工作效率。
Large aircraft program development, development, construction, use and maintenance costs of the civil aircraft significantly in- crease, which need appropriate decision-making system of cost estimation. To improve the civil aircraft life cycle cost efficiency, use soft- ware engineering ideas and engineering methods on the basis of the information technology support to research software system. The sys- tem is conducive to promote standardization, dynamic and modernization of civil aircraft development program, directing the management scheduling and external business, provide timely and accurate decision-making for mission planning, organization and implementation and support means for the processing of various departments of the relevant personnel in model planned, achieve dynamic sharing for schedu- ling management information, improve work efficiency.
