摘要
目的:通过对呼吸机进行质量控制,了解医院在用呼吸机的性能状况及存在问题,以便对呼吸机进行预防性维护和保养。方法:依照总后卫生部颁发的呼吸机质量检测技术规范,采用专业的检测设备,对呼吸机的潮气量、吸呼比、氧浓度、压力参数等各项指标进行检测。结果:探讨呼吸机使用过程中存在的问题及解决方法,指标不合格的呼吸机与设备本身使用年限有密切关系。结论:对呼吸机进行必要的质量控制,提高呼吸机的整体性能,有效防范医疗器械不良事件的重复发生。
Objective： To master the current performance and situation in the use of ventilators and do well for the preventive maintenance of ventilators through quality control. Methods： Base on the Ventilator Quality Control and Test Specification, the indicators of the ventilator were tested. Results： The problems of ventilators during usage and the corresponding solutions were summarized. The indicator error had a close reference to service time. Conclusion： The quality control of ventilator is put forward to improve overall equipment performance.
