摘要
针对LT10 2型剑杆织机筘座断裂情况 ,从其工作原理、受力情况、设计、制造、装配、使用及断口等方面进行了分析 ,发现钢筘压条断裂后挤压筘座是导致筘座断裂的主要原因 ,并从加工。
This paper analyses the failure of the race of LT102 rapier loom from the work principle, force ,design ,manufacture, fixing, usage and the fracture. The effective measures on its manufacturing , fixing and usage to prevent the failure are provided.
