摘要
LT102型剑杆织机是引进国外技术并在国内批量生产的廉价柔性剑杆织机。本文介绍了该机的特点;分析计算了剑头的位移、速度、加速度,并使用高速摄影机拍摄剑头运动,借助高速摄影胶片判读数据处理系统,得出剑头的位移、速度、加速度曲线,最后论述了剑带惯性拉直时期的定义及其重要意义,曲柄滑块机构的连杆时曲柄比值给予剑头运动的影响等重大问题。本文时剑杆织机的设计和分析具有普遍的参考价值。
The LT102 rapier loom is a flexible rapier loom which is produced in batches in China and of low cost. This paper calculated the displacement, velocity and acceleration of rapier heads. The motion pictures of rapier heads were taken by using a high speed camera. By means of its read processing system, the displacement, velocity and acceleration curves of the rapier head were obtained. Finally, the paper discussed several important problems such as the definition of stretched time of the rapier tapes under inertia forces of rapier heads and its significance as well as the influence of the ratio L/R on rapier head motions, where L being the length of the crank-arm in the slider-crank mechanism and R, the radius of the crank circle. This paper can be used as reference for loom design and analysis.
