摘要
目的:了解临床护士胰岛素笔正确使用情况,为进一步开展相关培训提供依据。方法:采用现场察看、问卷调查了解非内分泌专科护士和内分泌专科护士对胰岛素笔正确使用情况及相关知识的掌握情况,并对所收集的资料进行统计分析。结果:现场察看非内分泌专科护士胰岛素笔正确使用执行情况不规范;问卷调查18个问题中非专科组除胰岛素笔芯未开封时保存方法、使用胰岛素笔芯保存效期、低血糖的临床表现3个条目与专科组比较差异无显著性外,其余15个条目与专科组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:非内分泌专科护士对正确使用胰岛素笔的技能和知识掌握情况不理想,应采取有效的干预策略提高护士正确使用胰岛素笔的能力。
To understand the situation of application of insulin pen by clinical nurses, and provide the basis for further relevant training. Methods： Site investigation and questionnaire survey were used to understand the situation of usage of insulin pen and mastery condition of its related knowledge by non -endocrine and endocrine nurse specialists. Results ：Site investigation showed that the way of using insulin pen by non -endocrine nurse specialists was incorrect ,and the error rates of answers to 15 questions made by them were much higher than those of endocrine nurse specialists according to a questionnaire survey included 18 questions in tofle（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The mastery situation of application of insulin pen by non -endocrine nurse specialist is unsatisfactory, and some effective measures should be taken to improve the ability of aPPlication of insulin pen nurse.
