摘要 实现火电厂的节能减排是我国兑现国际承诺的重要支撑。目前,我国各火电厂有企业节能管理专员从事节能分析工作。基于多年从事火电厂节能管理工作的实践,以600 MW机组为例,阐述了各项指标对机组经济运行和机组节能的影响,尤其是供电煤耗、厂用电率、锅炉指标、汽机指标等重点节能分析指标的变化原因及改进措施,可供火电企业相关人员参考。 Energy-saving and emission reduction of thermal power plants is an important support for China to honor its international commitment. At present each thermal power plant in China has professionals doing energy-saving analysis. Based on energy-saving practice and by taking the 600 MW unit as an example, this paper analyzes the impacts of each index on economic operation and energy-saving of the thermal power unit, and discusses the variation reasons and improvement measures of such key energy-saving analytical indices as coal consumption for power generation, power consumption rate of power plant, boiler index and turbine index. The results can provide reference for relevant professionals.
