摘要
介绍了东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司在135～150M W等级循环流化床技术上的取得的最新进展。对锅炉的主要技术特点、结构和系统布置、在节能上取得的效果等方面进行了阐述。以宝丽华工程为代表的东方锅炉第二代135M W等级循环流化床锅炉在提高锅炉效率、降低磨损等方面进行了大量改进。电厂实际运行安全可靠,达到国际先进水平。
This paper discusses the up to date technique of the second generation of Dongfang 135 - 150 MW CFB boiler. The description involves the main characters of the boiler, its general arrangement and main equipment. The power saving result of the boiler is also introduced. As the first project of the new generation of CFB boiler, many new techniques to enhance the boiler efficency and anti-abrasion are adopted in Baolihua Project, which lead to higher reliability and efficiency on site operation. The operation data shows that the new generation CFB boiler is of the advanced world standard.
