摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)早期诊断中的应用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测正常人、乙肝病毒携带者和HCC患者血清中IL-6的含量,并结合化学发光免疫分析法进行血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)的平行检测。结果 HCC患者平均的IL-6水平明显高于正常对照组和HBV携带者。大/小肝癌组、或AFP阴性/AFP阳性肝癌组的IL-6水平与正常对照组、慢性HBV感染者组及急性HBV感染组比较,均有显著统计学意义。特别是,当IL-6与经典标志物AFP相结合检测HCC时,诊断的敏感性、特异性、阴性预测值均大大提高。结论 IL-6对肝癌的血清学诊断有一定的价值。IL-6和AFP平行试验可提高敏感度,减少误诊率,有利于临床诊断工作。
Objective To examine the application of interleukin-6（IL-6） in the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）.Methods Serum IL-6 in healthy controls,HBV carriers and HCC patients were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Serum alpha-fetoprotein（AFP） was tested simultaneously by chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results Average IL-6 levels in HCC patients were significantly higher than that in control group and HBV carriers.IL-6 levels in big/small HCC groups,or AFP negative/positive HCC groups were significantly higher than that in control group,chronic HBV carriers and acute HBV carriers.Especially,when IL-6 was combined with the classic markers of AFP to test HCC,the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,negative predictive values were greatly increased.Conclusions Serological IL-6 can be used to diagnose HCC.IL-6 and the parallel testing with AFP can enhance the sensitivity,reduce the misdiagnosis rate,and beneficial to clinical diagnosis.
