摘要
采用放射免疫分析法检测１０９例恶性肿瘤患者及３７例正常人血清甲状腺激素（Ｔ３、Ｔ４、ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４、ｒＴ３、ＴＳＨ）的变化。结果显示，恶性肿瘤患者血清Ｔ３、ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４值均明显降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），ｒＴ３值明显增高（Ｐ＜０．００１），且病情越重，Ｔ３、ＦＴ３、ＦＴ４值越低，ｒＴ３值越高，预后越差，治疗好转后，上述差异变小。Ｔ４值无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５），少数危重患者Ｔ４值明显降低。ＴＳＨ值无明显异常（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示恶性肿瘤患者甲状腺激素的变化对病情严重程度的判断及预后估计有一定价值。
To investigate the changes of serum thyroid hormone(T 3、T 4、FT 3、FT 4、rT 3、TSH)by using radioimmunoassay in 109 malignant tumor patients and 37 normal person respectively Results show levels of serum T 3、FT 3、FT 4 of maligant tumor patients were significantly lowered(P<0 001)and the level of rT 3 was significantly raised(P<0 001) When patients condition became better after treatment,above mentioned differences were smaller The average level of T 4 was not significantly changed(P>0 05),but in a few serious patients,the T 4 level was significantly lower The level of TSH was not significantly altered(P>0 05) Conclusion indicates that changes of thyroid hormone in malignant tumor patients are of certain value in decision of patients' condition and estimation of prognosis
