摘要
城镇化进程不仅是农村发展的普遍趋势,也是农村社区发展的普遍规律。我国城镇化进程中农村社区存在新变化,这些变化迫切要求推进、创新农村社区教育,要在贯彻统筹规划、因地制宜、全面发展原则的前提下,树立农村社区教育新理念,明确教育目标,完善管理体制,加强队伍建设,创新农村社区教育内容和途径。
The urbanization process is not only the general trend of rural development, but also a universal law of the rural community development. In the process of urbanization in our country, rural community exists the new changes, these changes urgently need to promote innovation of rural community education. By carrying out the plan as a whole, adjusting measures to local developing under the premise of principle, we could set up new idea, clear education target, perfect management system, strengthen the team building, innovate the content and means in the rural community education.
