摘要
介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司4038 m^3高炉开炉测试过程及装料制度,通过激光网格法对高炉的装料过程进行了测试,重点测试了排料流量与物料调节阀开度关系、料流轨迹和最后三批料的料面形状,取得了满意的测量结果,对指导高炉生产具有重要的意义。
The testing procedure and charging schedule for 4038 m3 BF in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., for charging procedure of BF is carried out between the discharging flow and the openness Ltd. during blow-in are introduced, and the testing by laser grid method. Especially the of the regulating valve for the materiel, correlation the charge trajectory and the shape of charge level for final three batch feeds are tested and testing results are satisfactory, which are of significance for operating the BF smoothly.
