摘要
分析武钢二炼钢厂转炉扩容的必要性、可行性，对设备改造和有关的校核、测试过程以及扩容后的冶金效果作了简要介绍，总结了实施技改的施工管理经验。
This paper describes the necessity and feasibility of converter enlargement project at No.2 steelmaking plant of WISCO and briefly introduces modifications of key equipments and their relative calibration and testing as well as metallurgical effect after enlargement. Engineering management experiences are also given herein.
