摘要
目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变的临床特征及应用LEEP治疗的手术效果。方法对2009年1月至2011年9月收治的CIN患者108例,均经阴道镜下活检病理证实。所有患者行LEEP术,观察术后临床效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,未诉明显不适,少数出现下腹坠痛,坠胀烧灼感均能忍受。手术时间5～10min,术中出血量5～50ml,平均8.0ml。根据病变范围,切除宽度平均2cm,切除深度1.5cm。LEEP治疗CIN治愈率为92.59%(100/108),病变残留率为7.41%(8/108),1例随访3个月后复发1例,行2次锥切后治愈。结论 LEEP术是诊治CIN安全有效的方法,术后并发症少,治愈率高,且病变残留复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical features and treatment outcome of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia by application of LEEP.Methods The hospital from Jan 2009 to September 2011,108 patients were treated CIN,were confirmed by colposcopy and biopsy.All patients underwent radiosurgical knife cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure,the clinical effects observed after.Results All patients were successfully operated,no complaint was not a small number of lower abdominal pain,fall,heavy burning sensation can endure.5 to 10 minutes operation time,blood loss,5 ~ 50ml,an average of 8.0ml.According to extent of disease,removal of the average width of 2cm,cut depth 1.5cm.LEEP treatment of CIN cure rate was 92.59%（100/108）,residual disease was 7.41%（8/108）,1 patients were followed up 3 months after recurrence in 1 case,line 2,after conization to cure.Conclusions LEEP surgery is safe and effective method of diagnosis and treatment of CIN,fewer complications,a high cure rate and low recurrence rate of residual disease,is worthy of clinical application.
