摘要
目的比较三种手术方案治疗重度宫颈上皮内瘤变（CINIII）的效果。方法回顾性分析宫颈电热圈环切术（LEEP）、宫颈冷刀锥切术（CKC）、子宫全切术治疗136例CINIII患者的临床资料，比较术后组织病理学变化、治愈率及妊娠情况。结果术后病理结果与术前组织活检比较，相符66．4％，升级3．6％，降级30．0％；三种手术方案的治愈率差异无统计学意义；LEEP与CKC的妊娠率的差异无统计学意义。结论三种手术方案均能有效治疗CINIII，LEEP治疗CIN III是首选方案。
Objectives To discuss the value of the three kinds of surgical management to treat high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods The study was conducted on 136 patients who underwent LEEP,CKC ,hysterectomy , to compare the change of the postoperative biopsy result, the rate of cure and pregnancy. Result Among the postoperative biopsy result ,66. 4% was consitent with pretreating histopathology, but 3.6% was upgrade,30.0% was down- grade ;there were no statistical difference in the rate of cure of the three kinds of surgical management and in the rate of pregnancy of the two kinds of conization. Conclusion The three kinds of surgical management to treat high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia were effective,while LEEP was the best way.
