摘要
素质教育一直是社会热议的话题。而综合素质也成为企业选择和判断人才最重要的标准之一。以经管类专业学生综合素质培养为切入点,通过对市场需求、经管类学科特点及目前素质教育存在的问题的分析,提出应从课程体系设置、教学方法与手段改革、思维能力培养、丰富校园社团活动、加大教师引导作用及构建综合素质测评体系和数据平台等方面来提升学生的综合素质。
Qualityoriented education has being discussed widely in modern society. Overall quality becomes one of the most important standards for the employers to judge or select employees. Based on the development of overall qualities of business students, this article has studied the requirement of employers, the specialties of business studies, and the problems in the current vocational education. The study has reached to the conclusion that we should concern about setting up proper courses, improving teaching methods, developing students＇ thinking abilities, enriching campus activities, stressing teacher＇s guidance, focus on comprehensive evaluation systems and build up data platform in order to improve the overall qualities of our students.
