摘要
教育科研是高校科学研究的重要组成部分,其管理质量的高低直接影响到教师开展教学研究的积极性,并决定着学校教育教学改革的质量。基于湖南农业大学的实践及分析,高校教育科研课题管理存在课题成果转化管理亟待加强、课题管理单位工作热情不高和课题结题质量不易衡量等问题。改进高校教育科研课题管理,需要加强课题管理部门的成果转化职能;整合教学资源,加强教育科研课题合作;进一步健全课题管理制度,加强课题的过程管理。
The management of educational scientific research-an indispensable part of scientific research in colleges and universities-directly affects the teachers＇ enthusiasm of pursuit and determines the outcome of university education reform.Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example,we found out many problems such as the weak management of project achievement transfer and application,the sluggish management of the project by the relevant department and the unbalanced final evaluation and acceptance standard.To improve the higher education scientific research management,we need to strengthen the role of project management department in achievement transfer and application,to promote the integration of teaching resources for cooperative research and to perfect the research project management regulations and to tighten the inspection on the process of project implementation.
