摘要
通过气功的"静养"的方法来消除运动员训练后的疲劳,使其尽快恢复体能,以适应竞技训练的要求,不断提高运动成绩,是本文的研究目的。文章就静养能有效的放松身心,消除疲劳、恢复运动能力等方面进行了阐述。同时,概述了静养的方法及注意事项。提出了静养是恢复训练的良好方法,它简单、快捷、经济、实用、应予以推广。
The purpose of this paper is , by the way of convalesce, to relieve sportsman's fatigue, meet with the requirement of competitive training and improve training achievements. Meanwhile, convalesce methods and noticeable matters are illustrated in this paper. Tile author, in this paper, points out that convalesce is a better method to recover training.
