摘要
在了解新疆生产建设兵团团场职工收入总体情况的基础上,通过成本收益分析法对不同教育水平的投资收益进行了理论和实证分析,旨在揭示农牧团场家庭对教育投资与团场职工收入之间的关系以及进行教育投资的可行性。
The paper, based on the survey of the yearly earning of a farmer working in Xinjiang Production and Constnwlion Corps （XPCC）, analyzes the cost and the benefit the farmer pays for and gains from his son＇ s or daughter＇ s higher education by using cost-benefit analytical method, aiming to reveal the relationship between the income and the investment in higher education for an XPCC farmer and the feasibility of their higher educational investment.
