摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术中出血时,采用子宫背带式缝合术+宫肌注射卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液的时机、效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对本院2009年1月～2010年12月29例剖宫产术中出血的产妇行子宫背带式缝合术+宫肌注射卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液的患者的临床资料进行分析,29例产妇均宫肌注射卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液250μg后,再行子宫背带缝合术。结果:本组29例剖宫产术中大出血的产妇经常规治疗方法不能控制出血时采用宫肌注射卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液250μg+子宫背带式缝合术后均能有效地减少产后出血量,产后出血量800～2050ml,避免了子宫切除,术后无大出血。结论:宫肌注射卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液250μg+子宫背带缝合术是剖宫产术中治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血有效的方法,有操作简单、耗时短、损伤小、效果好、恢复快等优点,保留了患者的生育能力,提高了产科质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate the opportune moment and the effect of the combined uses of B-Lynch surgery and Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in intraoperatie bleeding of cesarean section. Methods： With the retrospective analysis, clinical data of 29 cases who were operated with the combined uses of B-Lynch surgery and Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in intraoperatie bleeding of cesarean section in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were analyzed. All the patients of 29 cases were injected with Carboprost Tromethamine of 250 μg through palace muscle at first, then were given B-Lynch surgery. Results： The combined uses of B-Lynch surgery and 250 μg of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection could reduce the postpartum blood loss of maternal hemorrhage during cesarean section with the amounts of blooding loss postpartum were 800-2 050 ml, when conventional treatments could not control blooding for the 29 cases patients, which avoided the hysterectomy, there was no massive hemorrhage. Conclusion： The combined uses of B-Lynch surgery and 250 μg of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection is an effective treatment for treating the uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage in cesarean section. It is simple to operate, short for time-consuming, small damage, quick recovery with good effect, which retains the patient＇s fertility and improves quality of obstetrics and also is worthy of clinical application.
