摘要
目的探讨子宫动脉结扎加改良式B-lynch缝合在难治性产后出血中的临床实用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2003年3月-2007年6月住院分娩的26例难治性产后出血的患者，经常规治疗不能控制出血时，运用子宫动脉结扎加改良式B-lynch缝合术。结果26例均抢救成功，有效止血，保留了子宫及其生理功能，术后未发生严重并发症。结论子宫动脉结扎加改良式B-lynch缝合是抢救难治性产后出血的有效方法之一。
Objective To assess ascendiag branch of uterine artery ligation and modified B-lynch suture in the postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods Retrospective analysis was done on the 36 cases of incurable postpartum hemorrhage underwent ascending branch of uterine artery ligation and modified B-lynch suture from Mar 2003 to Ju12007 in our hospital, when the hemorthage couldn＇t be treated routinely Results All cases were rescued successfully, Hemostasis achieved, preservering uterus and it＇s physiological functions, no complication took place. Conclusion Ascending branch of uterine artery ligation and modified B-lynch suture is one of effective treatment for incurable postpartum hemorrhage.
