摘要
本文探讨了实习护士在进行临床角色转换时遇到的各种困难和相关的促进实习护士适应其临床角色的方法。实习护士在临床角色的适应过程中会受多方面因素的影响,带教老师要帮助实习护士尽快地适应其临床角色,以顺利地完成实习和实现教学目标。
In this article, we dicuss the difficulties that are encountered by practice nurses when they are transforming their clinical roles and some related measures that promote practice nurses to adapt their clinical roles. The practice nurses can be affected by many factors in process of adapting their clinical roles, chnical tutor must help practice nurses to adapt their clinical roles as soon as possible, so that the pratice nurses can finish the practice smoothfully and the teacher can achieve the teaching goals.
