摘要
目的:探讨入院前护理干预对老年性白内障手术患者的影响。方法:将240例老年性白内障手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各120例,实验组患者进行入院前评估,接受入院前的护理干预,与对照组患者进行血压、心率的对比分析,得出相关性结论。结果:在入院时及术前30 min,实验组患者的血压、心率都明显低于对照组患者的相应数值,差异具有显著性。结论:通过入院前的护理干预可以缩短患者对医院环境的适应过程,减轻住院期间的应激反应,保证了手术的顺利完成。
Objective： To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on preoperative senile cataract patient before admission. Method： A survey was designed for 240 preoperative senile cataract patients who were randomized divided into two groups.The experimental group with 120 preoperative senile cataract patients was assessed and intervened by nurses before admission,their blood pressure and heart rate was contrasted with the control group which was composed with the other 120 patient.From a contrast analysis between experimental group and control group based on the data,the corrective result was found. Result： The contrasted analysis pointed that blood pressure and heart rate of experimental group are obviously lower than the homologous data from the control group after admission and during preoperative period.Conclusion： Nursing intervention on the preoperative senile cataract patients before admission shortened the adaptation procedure of patients.
