摘要
注重社会生态的宏观思维是新建本科院校制定学校发展规划的战略前提,办学理念和目标定位是制定发展规划的先导,追求有限卓越是制定发展规划的理性抉择,教育部新一轮评估方案是制定发展规划的重要导向,应用型本科和应用型人才培养是制定发展规划的战略主题。
Paying attention to the macroscopical thinking of social ecology is a strategic premise for newly-estab lished colleges and universities to work out their development plans.School running concept and target location are the guidance for drawing up development plans.The pursuit of limited excellence is a rational choice.The new evaluation scheme of the Ministry of Education is an important orientation.Besides,the cultivation of applied un dergraduate colleges and universities and applied talents is a strategic subject.All of them can help the newly-es tablished undergraduate colleges and universities to develop their development plans.
