摘要
发展规划是民办高校对未来发展的谋划、展望、安排、部署,是学校一定历史时期发展目标、发展思路、发展方式的展现。制定发展规划应协调学校发展与外部环境的关系,使学校的办学实践与社会要求相适应,实现可持续发展。为此,民办高校应以科学发展观为指导,在科学定位的基础上走内涵式发展道路,不断增强核心竞争力,提高教育质量,凸显办学特色,并通过构建特色人才培养模式,培养具有实践能力的高素质人才,显现名牌效应。
Developing plan is the scheme, prospect, arrangement and disposition for the future development of civilian-run colleges and universities as well as the exhibition of the developing aim, idea and mode of the schools in certain historic period. While setting up the plan, the colleges and universities should harmonize the relation between the school＇ s development and the external conditions, make their running practice meet the need of society, thus re- alize their sustainable development. For this goal, the civilian-run colleges and universities should take the scientific developing conception as the guidance, on the foundation of scientific orientation take the connotative developing way, continuously strengthen their core competitive force, enhance their education quality, project their school-run- ning feature and through setting up the concerned special mode cultivate the high quality people of ability who have practical power thus realize their prestigious effect.
