摘要 为了解决压缩机的回油问题,选择合适的润滑油,以压缩冷凝机组与蒸发器具有27m 高差( 蒸发器在压缩冷凝机组的下部) 的分体一拖二展示柜为例,对制冷系统管径的选择进行了计算,并根据计算结果进行了试验验证。 The increase of the distance between the compressing and condensing unit and the evaporator will affect the cycle of the lubricating oil in the refrigeration system.The poor return oil will bring two aspects of damage:lubricating oil will deposit on the surface of the evaporator and affect heat transfer and the regular service of the compressor.This problem will more serious about high potential refrigeration system.In order to resolve the cycle of the lubricating oil,we first select suitable lubricating oil then with the apart cabinet as an example which has one compressor and two condensers and the high distance between the compressing and condensing unit is 27 meters (the evaporator in under the compressing and condensing unit),then select and calculate the pipe diameter and verify the calculation result through test.
