摘要
随着我国高等教育规模的迅速扩大和大众化,高校的个性化发展成为高等教育发展的必然要求。当前,我国高校办学模式千校一面,这与高等教育大众化进程要求不相适应。为此,必须从转变政府管理方式、明确高校办学定位、构建特色专业体系、创新人才培养模式、培育个性校园文化等方面推进高校的个性化发展。
With the rapid expansion of higher education and higher education popularization, the development of university individualization has become a must. However, the school-running models are similar to one another, which does not meet the demands of higher education popularization. Therefore, measures should be taken to transform the government management model, clarify the school-running orientation, construct the system of characteristic specialties and innovative talent patterns and cultivate individualized campus culture in order to promote the development of higher education popularization.
