摘要
中国高等教育的市场化进程,促使高等教育向多样化和层次性发展,普通高等院校作为高等教育的一个子系统,如何在开放的社会系统中持续发展,其“产品”——学生被社会接受并成长是关键。本文通过对市场竞争下高等教育人才需求特征和普通高等院校人才培养目标定位分析,阐述了普通高等院校应用型人才规律,并对应用型人才培养机制建设进行了探讨。
Facing the market economy, the higher education system in China has been developing to provide more flexibility in recent years. One critical point for such a sustainable development is to pro-duce qualified products?the graduates. Based on the analysis on the requirements and training objectives of the college students, this paper directs the study on the training mechanism and the training algorithm for qualified pragmatic college graduates.
