摘要
犯罪现场勘查是刑事案件侦查的首要环节与重要组成部分,在刑事侦查工作中占有举足轻重的位置,因此教学部门的现场勘查实验教学效果必将映射到犯罪现场勘查实战环节。因此对现场勘查实验教学的重要性必须予以充分关切,同时针对传统现场勘查实验教学模式存在的弊端,应以创新实验教学改革为目标,在师资培育、深入公安实践、合理设计实验方案及考核评价体系等方面进行实质性回应与调试。
The criminal scene investigation,a key part and foremost step in the criminal detection,plays an important role in investigating a criminal case.It follows that the effect of the hands-on teaching about the scene investigation is certain to be reflected in the actual case investigation.Accordingly,great importance is to be attached to the hands-on teaching and proper adjusting and debugging.Directing against the malpractice of traditional hands-on teaching about the criminal scene examination and aiming at the innovative hands-on teaching,experimental adjustment should be conducted in teacher training,practice in the public security sector,proper experiment project designing and assessment system.
