摘要
西藏作为我国的生态安全屏障,其生态环境保护非常重要;西藏又是我国有战略意义的矿产资源储备地区,铬、铜的保有储量分别位列全国第一,有极大的开发利用价值。在分析了西藏矿产资源及其开发现状的基础上,结合西藏目前的环保政策,提出了协调发展西藏绿色矿业的路径。
Tibet, as the state ecological safe shelter zone, is very important in its ecological protection. Tibet is also important in its mineral storage such as chrome and copper, which is of great value for exploitation. The paper analyzes the mineral resources in Tibet and its exploitation status and sets up a claim, in consideration of Tibetan environmental protection policy, to develop green Tibetan mining.
