摘要
西藏矿产资源丰富,但开发利用程度低。本文通过对西藏矿产资源开发利用的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁分析,提出了“特色发展”和“加强勘查”两条西藏矿业发展的基本战略。
The mineral resources in Tibet are abundant, but there is low level and crude-mode development andutilization. The paper offers ＂characteristic development＂ and ＂strengthening exploration＂ basic stratagems of Tibetan mining development based on analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
