摘要
目的研究接铅工人β2-MG、NAG、RBP的变化。方法采用分组比较与各指标增高人数分布描述法。结果接铅组β2-MG、NAG、RBP比对照组增高2倍以上。按接铅工龄分组分析,有随着接铅工龄延长而增高的趋势;分组比较,除了ZPP仅在1～2年组与5～6年组间有明显差别之外,其他指标在1～2年组与3～45、～6年组间均有明显差别;但各指标在3～4年组与5～6年组间均无明显差别。按pbB值分组分析,有随着血铅值增高而增高的趋势;分组比较,除了NAG在各组间无差别之外,其他指标在<400组与400～600组、>600组间均有明显差别;在400～600组与>600组间比较,除了ZPP之外,其他指标在两组间均有明显差别。分析接铅组β2-MG、NAG、RBP的增高人数,各以56.59、72.35、57.23%分布于3倍对照均值组。结论β2-MG、NAG、RBP值的变化与接铅工龄和血铅值有一定关系,并且3指标增高人数的集中分布趋势较pbB、ZPP明显。
Objective To study the β2-MG,NAG and RBP change of the lead-exposed workers.Methods Methods of groups comparison and distribution description of the index-raised value were adopted.Results The values of β2-MG,NAG and RBP in the lead-exposed group were 2 times higher than these in the control group.Grouped according to length of lead exposure analysis showed an increasing trend with the length extension of lead exposure.Comparing the differences in groups,the indexes in 1-2 years group were remarkably different from these in 3-4 and 5-6 years groups,in addition to ZPP,the difference only exists between 1-2 years group and 5-6 years group.Grouped according to pbB value showed an increasing trend with the rising of pbB.Comparing the differences in groups,the indexes in 400 group were remarkably different from these in 400-600 and 600 groups,except for NAG.And the indexes in 400-600 group are remarkably different from those in 600 group,except for ZPP.Moreover,the person with raised value of β2-MG,NAG and RBP distributed 56.59%,72.35%,57.23% in the group of 3X.Conclusion The changes of β2-MG,NAG and RBP have certain relationship with the length of lead exposure and the level of pbB,and the distribution of the person with raised value of thses 3 indexes is more concentrative.
