摘要
检测８７例恶性肿瘤病人血清β２微球蛋白（β２－ｍＧ）浓度及其他肿瘤标志物：血清铁蛋白（ＳＦ）、癌胚抗原（ＣＥＡ），甲胎蛋白（ＡＦＰ）。排除胃功能损害和治疗因素影响，其阳性率分别为５７．４％５１．７％２９．８９％１．１４％。其中β２－ｍＧ阳性率最高，如其他三项同时检测阳性率可由５７．４７％升至８１．６１％。故认为β２－ｍＧ联合检测恶性肿瘤是有意义的。
The serum β 2-MG,SF,CEA and AFP in 87 cases of patients with malignant tumor were examed and the failure of kindney founction and other theraputic inflence were deleted.The positive rates of 4 markers were 57%,51 7%,29 8%,1 15% expectively and the β 2-MG was the highest.With other 3 markers togehter,the positive rate of β2z-MG can rise from 57 47% to 81 61%.We suggest that combined examination of β 2-MG and other tumor markers has diagnostic significance in patients with malignan tumor.
