摘要
目的识别、评价、分析建设项目可能产生职业病危害因素,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法本次评价采用检查表分析法进行定性评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、建筑卫生学要求、生产设备布局、职业病危害防护设施设计、个人使用的职业病防护用品、应急救援、辅助用室、职业卫生管理、职业卫生专项经费概算等方面均符合卫生学要求;生产过程中可能产生甲醛、乙醛、一氧化碳、丁醇、异丙醇、石蜡烟、聚乙烯粉尘、聚丙烯粉尘、碳酸钙粉尘、噪声、工频电场等职业病危害因素。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。该项目职业病危害防护设施设计在职业病防治方面可行。
Objective To provide scientific basis for administrative approval of constructive project by recognizing,evaluating,analyzing the possible occupational hazard factors.Methods Occupational Check List was adopted for the qualitative evaluation.Results All of the indexes comlied with hygiene standard,including the site selection,general layout,installation layout,occupational preventive apparatus,individual preventive supplies,occupational hygienic management and accessorial chamber of the project etc.The occupational hazard factors were formaldehyde,aldehyde,carbon monoxide,butanol,isopropanol,paraffin gas,polyethylenes dust,polypropylene dust,calcium carbonate dust,noise,and power frequency electric field.etc.Conclusion The project has serious occupational hazards.The occupational preventive apparatus of the project were feasible.
