摘要
研究不同浓度(0、100、150、200 mg/kg)多效唑对烤烟MSK326烟苗生长发育的影响。结果表明:多效唑浓度为150mg/kg的烟苗株高、茎粗、干物质、壮苗指数、G值与对照相比均有极显著差异,此浓度下培养能达到培育壮苗的目的。
Effects of paclobutrazol with different concentration （0, 100, 150, 200 mg/kg） on growthing development of tobacco seedlings were studied. The results showed that when paclobutrazol concentration was 150 mg/kg, stem length, diameter, dry weight, the parameters of strengthening seedling and G of each plant were significantly different from the plants which have not been sprayed. It was clear that spraying paclobutrazol could assist the cultivation of tobacco seedlings.
